Almond’s oil for flat stomach!
Believe it or not, this drink acts same as a 100 sit-ups, but as a difference, you will enjoy more while you drink it.
You will need 500 ml of almond’s milk, 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons of salt-free butter, a bit of almond’s or coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of sour cream and a bit of nutmeg.
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and make them homogeneous.
It’s recommended to drink it immediately, but if you’re not able to drink it at once, you can keep the mixture in a fridge for maximum 2 hours.
This beverage helps in melting the fat deposits, and if you do exercises in the same time, it will accelerate the effect of melting the fats.
