Besides the smokers, the nonsmokers and the kids could also have problems with lungs. This recipe for cleaning the lungs is designed for everyone, but especially for the smokers, to clean their lungs from nicotine and tar.
Do not use dairy products 2 days before starting this method, because they can slow down the process!
One day before the detoxification drink a cup of your favorite herbal tea, before sleeping.
Start of the cleaning:
In the morning, before having your breakfast, squeeze a lemon juice in 3dl of water and drink it.
Than during the day, squeeze and drink 3dl grapefruit juice or pineapple juice in case you don’t like the grapefruit taste. Also, for sweetening the taste, you can use a mineral water. These fruits are rich with antioxidants that help cleaning the lungs.
Between the breakfast and lunch squeeze and drink 3dl carrot juice. The carrot affects on the alkalinization of the blood which will also help you in detoxification.
With lunch you should also drink 4dl of juice that contain enough potassium. You can use ingredients like beet, tomato, parsley, fig, almonds.
At night, before going to bed, make 4dl cranberry juice. This fruit helps the body to fight the lungs bacteria.
It is also important to care for your body, so that you will have a 20 minutes hot bath every day and so you can throw away the toxins from your body.
Use a vapor deposition with eucalyptus drops. Add 5 to 10 drops of this essential oil in a pot with hot water. Then put your head above the pot and cover with a towel, breathe the vapor until the water cools down.
