Namely, cold fingers and toes are often appearance, especially at women and it doesn’t seem to mean something special. But, it can be a sign of serious health problems.

Anemia

You often feel exhausted because of the cold fingers and toes, a headache and weakness – in case that happens to you, it is time to check your blood count, because you may be missing iron. It is the main ingredient of hemoglobin, molecules that transfer the oxygen in the blood and gives the red color of the blood. Cold limbs therefore could be a sign of anemia.
