Cooked banana and cinnamon: More powerful than pills!

This is a simple recipe with a great taste that makes miracles. The bananas, or better their peel, are extremely rich with magnesium and potassium. The magnesium is great for prevention of sleeping disorder, but in a combination with potassium is great for muscle relaxation. Actually, the magnesium is one of the best minerals for relaxing. You should have on mind that you should use 100% organic banana for this recipe, because the non-organic bananas are full with pesticides and the peel is useless.

Ingredients

  • 1 dish of water
  • 1 banana (organic)
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Put the whole banana with the peel in a boiling water. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Usage

Strain the water and sprinkle it with cinnamon. Drink this tea 1 hour before going to sleep.

Besides, there’s no need to throw away the used banana. Eat the cooked banana. In combination with the tea, it will only increase its benefits.
