Destroy the sinus infection in only 20 seconds with this homemade beverage!

Sinusitis, as known as sinus infection, is swelling or inflammation of the lining tissue of the sinuses. It happens when the sinuses are filled with liquid and germs instead of air.

The usual symptoms of inflamed sinuses are:

  • ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
