How to make a dandelion coffee?

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of dandelion root in powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

Bake the root in the oven. Grind it after it cools down, so in the end it looks like a powder.

Add the dandelion powder and cinnamon in hot water and put it on fire until it boils. Decrease the fire and let it cook like that for 5 minutes. The beverage should get a dark color.

Usage

Strain the coffee in a cup, add a bit of milk and it’s ready for drinking.
