Ginger jam with lemon and honey

Ingredients

  • 1 middle sized ginger root
  • 3 lemons
  • 500 g of honey

Preparation

Wash the lemon, and chop it using a blender.

Peel the ginger and drain it finely.

Mix the ginger and the lemon together and add the honey. Mix the mash well and put it in a jar.

The jam is ready for use even the next day, because it doesn’t require any preservatives thanks to the honey.

Use

You can add the jam into a tea, smear on bread or simply take one spoon of it every day.
