Harmful effects of the sweating!

During exercises or other physical activities and so, we lose the electrolytes, in which is contained the magnesium, so it is really important for us to make it up. Its shortage causes high blood pressure, heart arrhythmia, weakness and nausea.

After every exercise or physical activities which make you sweat, we recommend you to make a beverage of: ½ banana, 1 cup of spinach leaves, 1 teaspoon of sesame, 1 teaspoon of honey, ½ cup of yogurt and ½ glass of water. Put all the ingredients in a blender, mix it and drink it.

If you do a regular recreation and exercise we recommend you to add in your regular nutrition: nuts, fish, banana, oats, avocado, legumes and green leaf vegetables.

Since during the exercises or similar activity, the muscles are moving, we are losing potassium, which is necessary for the rational release of the energy, moving of the digested food and heart beats, so the safest way is to secure it from the food. That’s why it is desirable to consume tomato juice, legumes, vegetables and lean meat.

When we sweat, we also lose the zinc, which could be found in the bones and the muscles, so the best way to make it up is with the consumption of eggs, peas and red meat. The vitamin C is also necessary to make up, because it’s excreted with sweating, so considering the fact that it’s one of the best antioxidants, intake it freely as much as you want.
