Here’s why you should mix honey and apple cider vinegar every day!
The effects these two ingredients are doing, when they are used separately, are powerful, but when you mix them, the effects are even better!
So, mix a spoon of apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of honey and a cup of water, and drink this mixture every morning, on an empty stomach, 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast.
The experts say that this beverage relieves the joint pains, helps with various inflammations, mustard, digestion problems, infections… Also, regular consumption of this beverage increases the energy, regulates the hypertension, it’s good for prevention of skin diseases, bad breath and obesity.
The reason why this mixture is good is because both of the ingredients, the honey and the apple cider vinegar, become alkaline inside the organism, which means that they increase the level of pH, increase the resistance of the body of bacteria and diseases.
The increase of the pH is especially important when the immune system is bad or when you intake lots of processed food. From the other side, the meat, starch and processed food are decreasing the level of pH in the organism.
