As she says, many its ingredients are responsible for her shining skin, but also for her balanced weight. Jennifer Aniston published the recipe for her favorite smoothie in public, and adds that she’s amazed by its creamy, chocolate taste.
- 1 cup of chocolate almond milk
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 spoon of protein powder (cocoa taste)
- ½ spoon of matcha powder
- ¼ spoon of mineral drops
- Half a frozen banana
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 2-3 drops of stevia sweetener
- 5 almonds
Mix the almond milk, the mineral drops and the stevia sweetener. Add the almonds, the fruits, the matcha and the protein powder. Mix all the ingredients well (if possible in a blender) and pour the beverage in a glass. Consume the beverage in the morning, on an empty stomach.
This smoothie could be made without the mineral drops or matcha powder and adjust it for your taste.
