All the experts agrees that the seasonal food should be consumed a lot, because we promote the health in that way and at the same time we enjoy the wealth of taste and we save money. The pomegranate, apples, pears, carrots, beet, and broccoli are only part of them.

Miraculous apple cake

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of wheat semolina
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • Baking powder
  • 1 packaging of vanilla sugar
  • Apples to taste
  • Cinnamon
  • Margarine

Preparation

In deep vessel add 1 glass of flour (3 dl), glass of semolina and at the end add the glass of sugar. Add a packaging of baking powder and the vanilla sugar. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Oil the bottom of the pan and sprinkle it with flour, so the cake doesn’t stick, and after pour the dry mixture with your hand.

The layer of the mixture shouldn’t be thick, but enough to cover the bottom of the pan, so it is not visible. Pour copious amount of grated apples with a bit of grounded cinnamon. And over the apples pour again the dry mixture, until you don’t cover them completely.

Repeat the procedure until you run out of ingredients. At the end, grate a layer of margarine and put it in oven of 200ͦ and bake it for 40 minutes.

Carrots salad

Ingredients

  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • 1 spoon of finely chopped chives
  • 2 spoons of lemon juice
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • ½ spoon of sugar
  • 6 grated carrots

Preparation

Mix the oil, lemon juice, sugar and mustard in big vessel. Add the grated carrots and mix all together.
