In the days before ovulation (generally 2 or 3 days), there is an increase of sexual desire. This is in fact the best period to have sexual intercourse if there is a desire for a child.
Variation of the quantity and consistent of the cervical mucus
Behind the ovulation, there is also an alteration, in quantity and consistent, the mucus produced by the cervix, that have the purpose to decrease the acidity of the vaginal ambient and to guarantee on the sperm a longer survival.
Change of the basic body temperature
Increase of some tenth of the degree of the basal temperature. Usually it varies in a percentage between 0 and 0.9.
Changes in the position of the cervix
In the days behind the ovulation that in fact match with the days in which you are most fertile, the cervix is placed higher, is more soft and open.
Changes in breast firmness
Usually in the days of ovulation are warned the consistency of the breast. The result is in fact more soft and florid, and often is also possible a slight discomfort dictated by its great prosperity. All of this is due to the increase of the hormonal levels in the body.
