You have after eating habits for sure, but some of them are extremely harmful for your health. Do not do the next three things ever after eating.

Smoking

It bad for the organism by itself, but after meal it has even worse effects. It could provoke appearance of stomach ulcer.

Showering

No matter if you had a hard day at work and all you want to do is take a bath, you should avoid doing it 30 minutes after eating. It could lead to higher pressure in your legs and arms, because of which the amount of blood that helps the proper work of the stomach is lowering and the digestion is slowing down.

Sleeping

Maybe you’re tired, but you should never go to sleep after eating, or to lie. In this case the stomach juices are reaching the esophagus and it makes the digestion difficult.
