The most important thing is under your very nose. Press the point and breath deeply, and breathe out. Repeat this 3 times.

The next thing you should do is to press the nape points and then to rub them as shown in the following video. In the first exercise part breath as the author does.

After this, stretch out with fingers crossed along with breathing. Repeat this 3 times.

The next exercise is to massage the kidneys, and the last thing you should do is to press the under-knee point as shown in the video.
