First exercise

  • Widely open your mouth while sitting in front of the TV
  • Stick out your tongue as far as you can, in a way you want to lick your beard
  • Keep the tongue in this position for 10 seconds and relax the mouth
  • Repeat the exercise 10 times

Second exercise

  • Seat with straight back and shoulders
  • Raise your head as you watch in a ceiling
  • Purse your lips in a way you kiss and keep it for 10 seconds
  • Relax the lips and repeat the exercise 10 times

Third exercise

  • Seat with straight back and shoulders
  • Turn the head to the left shoulder
  • Purse your lips in a way you kiss and keep it for 10 seconds
  • Return on the starting position and repeat the exercise 10 times
  • Then repeat the exercise 10 more times in the opposite direction.
