You probably know about the benefits of the tea, but not everyone knows the benefits of the green tea. Namely, you are probably one of the people that have never heard about the “Tea diet”- a diet with green tea and milk.
Green tea and milk diet
The diet with milk and green tea is mostly popular amongst those who want to lose weight and to maintain their weight lately. This is not only a tasty beverage, but it is also good for cleaning and detoxification of the whole organism.
With the milk and green tea diet, you could lose 1 to 4 pounds in one day.
It’s recommended to have this diet for 1 day, only twice a month.
If you have some chronical disease, consult your doctor if you can have it.
- 1,5 l of low-fat milk
- 2 spoons of green tea (not filtered)
Add 2 spoons of green tea in boiled and cooled milk to 158° F (this is very important- the milk shouldn’t be warm, but hot). Cover it and let it stay for 20 minutes. Strain it later and drink it.
Drink this beverage during the whole day, 1 spoon on every 2 hours. Meanwhile, it’s recommended to drink water.
