Take the same position as in the video, but make sure your body is straight and your upper arms are under an angle of 90⁰.

Tighten all the torso muscles and breathe normally. Start with 15 seconds a day, then pass on 30, so at the end you reach at 60 seconds.

The most advanced and most persistent trainees could extend the time in 90 seconds, but the recreationists shouldn’t pass over 60 seconds.
