“When the body keeps the carbohydrates in glycogen’s form, every gram of hydrate has water in it, but in amount of three to four times larger than the weight of the glycogen itself”- says the nutritionists Marry Spano.

You will feel bad

The carbohydrates are the main source of energy for the brain, explains Marry. After throwing it out of the nutrition and spending all the reserves of glycogen, the body resolves the fats and works with a help of ketones, and the results will be bad breath, dry mouth, tiredness, dizziness, insomnia and nausea.

In the end, the body is getting used to work with ketones, but it doesn’t mean that it is a good thing. The carbohydrates are always better, says the nutritionist.

You will have digestive problems

The whole grain cereals are the biggest source of fibers at many people, but they are not only stabilizing the sugar in the blood, but also reduce the risk of flatulence and chronical diseases. Besides, you will go to bathroom regularly because of the fibers.

You will get nervous

The carbohydrates are increasing the level of serotonin in the brain. After getting rid of all good carbohydrates from the nutrition, you will also remove the good mood.
