Most adults have had some trouble sleeping because they feel worried or nervous, but for some it’s a pattern that interferes with sleep on a regular basis. If you suffer from insomnia you must try this mixture of milk and honey. You just have to drink one cup before bed and you will fell asleep like a baby in no time.
This is how you can make this magic potion:
• 6 oz milk
• 1 drop vanilla extract
• 1 tsp honey
- In a small saucepan heat the milk to warm, but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and pour into glass. Add vanilla and honey.
- Stir well and sip slowly before bed.
If you are lactose intolerant, follow the recipe exactly as above, simply replace the milk with a lactose free substitute like soy, rice or almond milk.
