Ingredients

  • 400 g of onions
  • 1 l of water
  • 400 g of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • Small, peeled ginger root

Preparation

Pour the water in a pot together with the brown sugar. Put it on fire and wait for it to boil. Then add the onions, chopped in quarters and later add a grated ginger root. Put also the turmeric. When the ingredients start boiling, lower the fire temperature. When the quantity in the pot reduces in half, turn off the fire. Put the mixture into a jar and leave it for 1-2 hours at a room temperature and then move it to a fridge.

Use

Take 2 spoons of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach and at night, 2 hours after the dinner.
