3 Ways To Use Pink Salt In Your Recipes

Himalayan Pink Salt is beneficial for health in comparison to regular table salt. In addition, adding a pinch of pink salt can help reduce dehydration and achieving optimal body fluid.

Here are three ways to use pink salt in your recipes.

  1. Oatmeal cookies

Oatmeal cookies are one of the easiest recipes you can prepare at home. You can serve them with tea as a snack and can also be your hangout munchies.First, gather the ingredients,including butter, icing sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, white flour, Himalayan Pink Salt, baking soda, oats, and powder cinnamon.

Take a large bowl, add cream, icing sugar, and brown sugar. Add egg one by one and beat well. Also, add vanilla essence and stir well. Furthermore, add white flour, cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix it well and prepare the dough. Now chill it for half an hour.

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. Prepare cookies using dough. Grease the baking sheet,scope small balls of cookies on it, sprinkle Himalayan Pink Salt over it, and bake. Once done, allow them to cool. Don’t remove it when it’s hot; otherwise, it will break. Serve and relish.

  1. Seasoned Steak

Seasoned steak can be served in lunch, dinner, or brunch as well. The ingredients required to prepare seasoned steak include butter, minced parsley, garlic paste, soy sauce, Himalayan Pink Salt, beef flat iron steak, and Black Pepper Powder. You can add other spices and herbs of your choice too.

Take a small bowl and add butter, soy sauce, parsley, and parsley. Mix and set aside. Sprinkle steak with  Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Pepper Powder. Marinate it for half an hour. Take a large skillet, heat the steak after applying the butter mixture over it. Cook it for 4-7 minutes on each side. Serve with garlic butter or any other sauce.

Butter caramels is a dessert that can be prepared for any happy moment or event. Such as Christmas, Eid, Deewali, or Birthday. It is simple and easy to prepare. The required ingredients include sugar, white corn syrup, butter, Himalayan Pink Salt, and evaporated milk.

Take a large pan, add sugar, corn syrup, butter, and a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt, and heat over medium flame. When the mixture starts boiling, add a small amount of milk every time and stir. After 15 minutes, add more milk and stir continuously. Now bring the heat upto 238°F. Don’t overheat it because it can result in harder butter caramels that make them hard to chew. Make them carefully, so they are soft.

Afterward, pour it into a pan and let it cool down. Then cut it into small square pieces. Now take another plate and place all the butter caramels pieces in it. Now serve it and enjoy.

Pro Tip: Never remove the baking dish immediately. Let the baked item cool down, and then serve.
